It’s very different from what they’ve done before but I still appreciate it. People need to chill out.
  • Another great album

I just absolutely love the lead singers voice. I’ll be adding this to my workout playlist.

Their last album was so amazing, a perfect mix of heavy and heartfelt. This album is straight up radio rock, as another reviewer put it. Reminds me a lot of the fall of Linkin Park. What's even more disappointing is that their first new single "Drift", which didn't even end up on the album, was heavy and powerful and gave us hope that the next album would be equally as strong and moving as the last. Big miss, HLH.

I’m sorry, but I honestly was really disappointed by this album. “Dissonants” was a huge step in the right direction and so I was really looking forward to this new album, however I did not feel that same satisfaction that I felt from their previous three releases. I’m going to have to pass on this one.

Their greatest album, if I liked pop rock! All the talent they showed in their first 2 CDs, “we’ll just stick that in the closet somewhere”.

Some songs sound like HLH others are just radio rock.. such a shame what they had was special.
  • LOVING IT

I discovered these guys a few years back and they completely sucked me in. This album is no different. Such an AMAZING album. Do yourselves a favor and get it. Every song is stellar, but Bad Dream is rapidly becoming my favorite.

HLH is one of my favorite bands but this album misses the mark in my opinion. Lacking in the lyrical depth that previous albums had and sounds pretty generic from an instrumental standpoint. It’s not bad and I’ll still listen from time to time, but it’s firmly at the bottom of the list as far as HLH’s work goes.
  • Their best record

With the right blend of melody and heaviness.
